Clinical services are performed by Alicia Harrison, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and state of Texas.
Business operations follow Texas law; clinical care follows Kentucky law and telehealth regulations. Clinical care is not provided in Texas.

- Forms and documents you upload inside Practice Better
PHI must not be submitted through:
- Website forms
- Text message
- Kajabi
- Social media messaging
Submitting PHI outside secure systems may risk unauthorized exposure.
Clinical patients receive a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP).
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 To Provide Coaching or Website Services (Non-PHI)
