FAQ
No — and our agreement codifies it. The Mineral Method is a defined 60-day program. After it ends, the patient returns to you with a written summary. We won't actively market additional IHH services to your patient during the program or for 12 months after without notifying you first. Patients can always self-select into anything we offer, but we won't go after them.
Standard for a referral to a licensed provider in good standing under Kentucky law. We exchange certificates of insurance annually. Alicia maintains current NP malpractice. The partnership agreement clearly delineates clinical responsibility (IHH for the program; partner for primary care).
~30 minutes of staff time per patient at intake (form completion, sample shipping logistics, HIPAA authorization) — which is exactly what the $75 reimbursement covers at FMV. Plus a one-time 1-hour onboarding training for the practice. No clinical hours added.
BAA executed before any PHI flows. Intake forms use HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. All clinical records live in Practice Better (HIPAA-compliant by default). Summary back to your practice is sent via secure channel and only with the patient's explicit HIPAA authorization.
You hear it from us within 24 hours. We have an adverse-event reporting commitment baked into the agreement and a quarterly satisfaction survey shared with you. If anything in the program isn't a fit for a patient (e.g., out-of-scope clinical issue), we refer them back to you — not to a third party.
Zero. You don't pay to be a partner. You're paid for the administrative work your staff performs at intake. The patient pays IHH; we pay you monthly for completed intakes.
HTMA is a functional wellness assessment, not an FDA-cleared diagnostic — and we position it that way to patients. Used alongside conventional care, it provides insight into mineral patterns, stress responses, and nutrient status that informs targeted nutritional and lifestyle interventions. Alicia is HTMA-certified and applies it within her NP scope of practice as a clinically-led wellness program — not as standalone diagnosis or treatment.
We give you a 3-line in-office script during onboarding plus a printed brochure to hand patients. Most practice owners tell us the explanation is easier than they expected — it's just "we partnered with a local NP who specializes in this, and I think it could help."
Plan for a soft launch month: train your staff, display materials, identify 2–3 ideal patients. First intake usually happens by week 4. Steady state typically shows up by month 3 once your team has run a couple end-to-end.
Alicia is currently licensed in Kentucky only. The program is available to Kentucky residents only. We're tracking interest from out-of-state practices for a future expansion — let us know if that describes you.
